So far 2021 has been, despite the delays, already a brilliant year for new indie games. In this video, we count down the (mostly) well-known indie games we think are still coming out this year that we're most looking forward to playing. Wonder how many of these will slip into 2022 and beyond?
Waiting for EITR / THE LAST NIGHT / EASTWARD
Does anyone know the name of a game set in a city where animals walk upright and wear clothes. A life sim type game I think?

Eastward looks amazing. I really don't think silksong is coming out this year though.
im getting last of us vibes from eastward
???
Nobody :
Tim Rogers : 6 Hour Review on Venba
Harold Halibut hit's all the uncanny valley buttons.
I won't take a week off work for a Hollow Knight game and/or dlc
I'll take a week off life and sleep as whole
why not actually talk about the gameplay instead of just saying how long the games are being in development. idgaf when they started announcing it, i want to know what the game is about.
You didn’t say anything on this Harold Halibut game
Why would you compare Tunic to Bloodborne of all things when there's so many closer fitting examples including the most obvious influence the game has…ZELDA. You know, the one with little elf with the sword and the isometric combat and red hearts and oh yeah don't forget his green TUNIC.
Sable looks cool. But the footage looks like it's about 8fps.
12 minutes' studio wants to point out that they aren't an indie game studio
Whatever happened to The Last Night?
I really expected Baldo the guardians owl on this list. So hyped for that game
i watch so many indie videos but in the end…silksong is all that matters to me. im just lying to myself that other games matter.
If I die before Tunic is released, download it onto my PC, so my spirit can play from beyond the grave…
I think Tunic's coming out next year going off of steam
Man, Venba seems great! Too bad it won't release on the Switch too!
Good Good Good Good
im still hyped for mago!
I am waiting for Book of Travels. Not a huge MMO fan normaly but the hand painted world and the minimal interaction attracts me 🙂
total garbage(((((
That 12 minutes cop murder isn't super well timed
Finally, a video on upcoming indie games that aren't just platformers or bird-eye view shooters/boss fighters ?
Looking forward to Axiom Verge 2 and Eastword which i think might get a Switch release? Not sure. Also, the term pixel art is overused and overrated. They're just pixels and that works fine enough.
No Black Skylands? 🙁
>"Games Still Coming in 2021"
>Hollow Knight: Silksong
Optimistic, aren't we?
Oooh Harold halibut looks amazing! New to me! Will keep an eye out thank you!
I just absolutely adore the variety of expressive styles of these indy games ❤️
Sable got a 13 minute gameplay today
Bummed that most of these are not going to be on the PS4. Especially Axiom Verge and Hollow Knight.
Where is Baldo?!
