Got it, no good games this year. ???? Star Field and Texas Chainsaw Massacre were the only ones that looked like they had ANY promise of being good games and if Star Field isn't open world multiplayer you can just make that one good game this year. What happened to the Halo Reaches? The Force Unleashed games? Jak and Daxters? Spores? Tony Hawks? The Portal 2s? The Guitar Heroes? Darksiders 2s? The Grow Ups? The Army of Twos? The The For Honors (early days before all the shitty spammy unblockable moves)? The Ultimate Spider-Mans? Those games were revolutionary. They were mould breakers, ass kickers and name takers. They were a blast, mind blowing to pick up that first time you started playing. They provided God knows how many sleepless nights at your best friend's house trying to outdo each other doing Graphitti on Tony Hawk, guitar battles on Guitar Hero, trying to beat the co-op campaign on Army of Two, etc. Those games were beautiful and we just don't have ANYTHING like them coming out anymore. We never got that open world multiplayer Skyrim, and so help me if you say that P.O.S. ESO I will Fus-ro-bitch slap you into Oblivion. We still don't have an open world multiplayer Assassin's Creed Black Flag. We still don't have an open world multiplayer DBZ game. We still don't have an open world multiplayer Star Wars game. I don't even care if it's PS2 graphics and I don't think the majority of gamers would care either. All these companies focusing on making shit so realistic and pretty, I don't care that the horse testicles shrink in cold weather in RDR2 damnit, I want a fucking game that will blow everything else out of the water. DBZ Final Stand is an open world ROBLOX game that is the DBZ game we need but the actual devs for Bandai who make official DBZ games are too stupid to think of it. Technically speaking they own the IP the game is based on and could make a 1:1 copy paste of the game, just with actual DBZ game graphics and it would hands down be the best video game released in the last 10+ years aside from things like Infinite, Minecraft, and Fortnite. If they took the concept of Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic and made a modern day cross between that and No Man's Sky, THAT would be the best game ever if done correctly. The moves from Force Unleashed but with jumps do something like Shinobi Strikers where you can charge it to a certain amount and aim where you're going to jump. The lightsaber combat do For Honor but without unblockable spammy moves, just the basics of attacks and blocks and add force abilities but still the ability to block if you're quick enough, mix in being able to do lightsaber throws when far enough away from an enemy. It would be sick. A big open world multiplayer Star Wars. You make your own character, choose your race, name, etc. Customize your own symbol, ship, clothes, etc. Create a Jedi order, bounty hunter guild, dark brotherhood, crime syndicate, intergalactic pirate fleet, etc. and invite people to join you. Fly between planets and have epic space battles with other players. Have materials you can gather to sell for credits to get parts, materials, etc. The harder certain items are to find like on more difficult planets in the outer rim the more credits you get. These are just a very small number of ideas I've had for games that would absolutely dominate the market for years and rake in so much money for these companies it's ridiculous, and provide so much YouTube and Twitch content and fun times. Why are they not making these things?
It's a fun game, but I can't play them..I'm still on puzzles.They are still more amenable to me.
