ARK 2 is probable for PC that most players dont have even 5 years after the game release, like ARK 1.
There is nothing for me to vote for because there is no survival game like Night of the Dead open-world survival game.. Its a unique survival and tower defense hybrid game made in Unreal Engine 4 where the materials needed to build are everywhere to find especially in the city, or you can even place mining machines but the lovely interesting part of the game is about your creativity limit, to build ballistae, trebuchets, mortars, spikes, rocket launchers and so on, and where to place them to defend your base and survive 2 zombie waves at midnight, on the ground and on top of the city buildings to place long-range shooting traps. And another cool aspect is that you can make a fortress city from an apocalyptic dead city, in Peaceful mode with only a few zombies and then switch to test insane difficulties, each customizable, like the amount of HP of the zombies, the respawning resources, etc. The game has a story but you can stop playing the story (small journals) and keep building defenses to withstand the zombie waves every night which are increasing and becoming more aggressive. This game is so cool that I got addicted :D, it is updated regularly. In order to play on the highest difficulty with hundreds of zombies without lag on my RX 570 8GB +16 GB RAM , i had to turn to the Lowest in-game graphics, and I suggest doing this if you don't have a powerful graphic card.. In this list there are a game or 2 about zombie survival, im gonna look after them later. Liked and subscribed anyways.

I think you missed one bro! Better check in with MetaIsland, this one is a P2E game wherein you will wake up on the island of WOK, and try to survive without any physical contact with what's outside the island!
I mean I beat valheim myself alone in just a few days. It is a good game could be a lot better tho if they changed a few things

I don't get it!!??….with all the awesome tech we have these days….for some reason developers can only make kiddie blocky tile overhead games??????…is it because streamers continually bash and bash AAA developers so everyone scared to bring a good game out?….come on people where are the awesome realistic high tech games??

I'm an absolute Survival game fiend, so it was nice to see things on this list that I didn't already know about. Great vid.
There are a couple more you should look out for:
"The Infected" is wonky as hell with some weird design decisions, but it's got great building/crafting mechanics, and it looks beautiful.
"Skye" is another one in really early development so difficult to see what it's going to be, but again, the visuals look incredible. Really hoping my 1060 doesn't get left behind with all these gorgeous games coming out.
ark 2 release date is somewhere 2022?!!! wait… its wildcard…so 2025 at earliest?….
I'm assuming that you left out the best survival game ever because it won't be released until after 2023? That game being SCUM. If that's true, ok, if not, this is the worst list ever.
The only bad thing about these wonderfull lists you're doing every year is, that my wishlist on steam never will be much smaller than 100 games.

I really wish other games would use 7DaysToDie's formula. I like base building with skill points and having a constant threat that attacks your base which you need to defend against.
What do you need games for. Life in America is a game of survival already.
